How often data will be synced from Yotpo?
Klevu downloads data from Yotpo once every 24 hours. You can see the time the sync was last completed by logging in to your Klevu Merchant Center and accessing the Yotpo Connector configuration.
Can I trigger manual sync?
Yes. There is a manual sync button (Force Sync) within the Yotpo Connector configuration, but please use this with care as it will trigger a reindex of your store data, which can impact performance.
What happens if my Klevu data already includes rating data?
Yotpo will take precedence over any existing rating catalog data. If you prefer to use your own rating data, please do not enable the Yotpo Connector.
