Login into Klevu Merchant Center (https://box.klevu.com) with the registered email id and password.
If, however, you don’t have credentials for Klevu Merchant Center, then the KMC is built right into your BigCommerce Admin Panel.
Log into BigCommerce and navigate to Apps → Klevu Search and access KMC by clicking on the button Launch Klevu Merchant Center.
If you have multiple BigCommerce stores and would like to manage them from a single Klevu Merchant Center account, contact us to set this up. You can also invite other members to this account to collaborate in Klevu Merchant Center.
