What if I exceed / cross my usage limit?

When you subscribe with Klevu, you are assigned a usage limit for each solution for your chosen billing cycle. The limits reset at the start of every billing cycle. You can regularly monitor your account usage by following these steps:

Should your store(s) cross/exceed your assigned usage limit for a billing cycle, we will notify you by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that you add more usage to your account to ensure uninterrupted services. 

If you FAIL to upgrade your usage limits, Klevu reserves the right to levy an excess charge as defined in your subscription contract. If you are unsure or need clarification, please reach out to your account manager or submit a ticket.
