Uninstall the App
- In BigCommerce Admin Panel, go to Apps → My Apps
- Click on Uninstall under Klevu Search App
To uninstall apps or cancel an app installation, you must have the Uninstall applications permission enabled on your user account. For more info, please check this link.
Remove the Klevu Search templates from theme files
During the Klevu Search uninstallation process, Klevu does not remove any of the templates files from any of the themes.
During template integration, if you had followed the automated template integration,
- Klevu app had copied the active theme and imported the Klevu search templates into the new copied theme, so, please revert to the original copy of the theme.
- Also, if you are planning to re-install the Klevu Search app then we recommend to delete the theme which has “-klevu” appended to the title of the theme.
During template integration, if you had followed the manual template integration,
- You can either revert back to the original copy of the theme OR reverse the steps of the manual template integration.
Cancel the subscription
- If you want to cancel the Klevu Search subscription then please contact us to cancel the subscription.
