Integration Steps

Klevu is pleased to introduce a fully automated integration with the product review provider Trustpilot. Once enabled, your customers will see the star rating of products in your catalog, and all you need to do is configure it within the Klevu Merchant Center.

Configure the Trustpilot Connector

1. This connector is available for Klevu Premium and the above plans.
2. You must have an active Trustpilot paid subscription to integrate with Klevu.

Step 1

First, log in to your Klevu Merchant Center. In the bottom left of the screen, you should see a new link called Connectors. Once you click this link you will see a list of the applicable connectors for your store. Find the Trustpilot listing and click on CONFIGURE in the bottom right.

Step 2

You will then see a checkbox to enable the integration. However, please ensure you read and understand all of the information provided on this page before doing so.

Next, you will be prompted to enter the full URL of your store. Please ensure this URL matches what you have used in your Trustpilot account, eg. you may or may not have included www, so please check this carefully then click on Save.

That’s all there is to it! Klevu will now begin downloading your products' ratings from Trustpilot.

Step 3

Now that you have configured the connector, You can now display ratings on Quick Search, Results Page, Category Pages. To do so, please navigate to Store Info → Ratings and choose where you would like to display the ratings. For detailed steps, click here

Step 4 (Optional)

You can now display the rating facet on Quick Search, Search Results Page, and Category Pages. To do so, navigate to Smart Search → Customizations → Facets and find the Facet Visibility tab. Here, you will see a rating attribute. Enable it, set its order, caption and save.

Disable Trustpilot Connector

If for any reason you need to disable the Trustpilot connector, it’s as simple as a few clicks. Simply navigate to Connectors → Trustpilot once more and uncheck the box which says Enable Trustpilot Ratings.

After disabling the connector, you also need to perform a full sync of your catalog in order to revert the changes that were introduced by Trustpilot. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact support.
