Klevu connector in Shopify FLOW allows the merchant to create automated workflows around the product promotions and top search terms. Below are the steps of a few example workflows which you can create using Klevu connector and Shopify/third-party app.
Workflow: Promote/Demote the product in Klevu when product inventory value is changed.
- Go to Shopify Admin Panel → Apps → Shopify FLOW app.
- Click on Create workflow.
- Select the Trigger by Shopify: Inventory quantity changed.
- Add the Condition: Product total inventory and set an inventory quantity value (For example, If Product total inventory is greater than 30).
- Select the Action by Klevu Search: Promote/Demote product in search.
- Here, you can set up the boosting score to promote/demote the product in Klevu.
- Turn On the workflow and click on Save button.
Workflow: Retrieve the notification message of top search terms in last two days.
Using this Klevu trigger, you can retrieve the top 5 search terms and top 5 search terms with zero results on your stores in last 2 days. You will receive the daily notification automatically using any third-party app in an action (i.e Slack, Shopify Email etc).
- Go to Shopify Admin Panel → Apps → Shopify FLOW app.
- Click on Create workflow.
- Select the Trigger by Klevu: Top Searches.
- Select the Action by Shopify (i.e Send Email) or any third-party app (i.e Send Slack Messages). Here, the example of sending the Slack message is given.
- Under the Messages box, click on Add template variable and select the variables as given below. Klevu connector provides two variables.
- Provide the Slack Channel, username, or member id.
- Turn On the workflow and click on Save button.
