       1. Verify Catalog Synchronization is Active

  • Confirm that updates to the catalog initialize a sync according to your platform's configured frequency or preferred strategy.
  • Check the Catalog Sync tab of the Klevu Merchant Center to verify the catalog is up to date.

       2. Finalize Configuration and Customization:

  • Verify the integration complies with your e-commerce platform or theme architecture
  • Make sure all configurations, such as search facets and merchandising rules, are finalized according to your business requirements.
  • Verify any customizations or enhancements made to the search functionality or user interface meet user expectations and business goals.

       3. Conduct Comprehensive Testing:

  • Test the search thoroughly across different scenarios, including various search queries and device types, to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Test individual modules Smart Search, Smart Category Merchandising, and Smart Recommendations separately to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Verify the search results correspond to the appropriate Klevu apiKey catalog.
