Exclude Categories from Search

By default, Klevu indexes all the category pages to display in the search results. To exclude specific categories from the search results, please follow the steps given below

  1. Log into the BigCommerce Admin Panel
  2. Go to Apps → Klevu Search → Settings
  3. Select the categories to exclude under Exclude Categories from Syncing with Klevu
  4. Click on Save Settings

Please note, changes will be reflected in search results on the next scheduled sync.
