- Login into Klevu Merchant Center with your registered email ID and password.
- Click on the Settings icon and select Subscription & Billing.
- Click on Contact Sales button.
- Klevu representative will contact you to assist you with the plan update.
For Shopify customers who don’t have credentials for Klevu Merchant Center:
- Go to Shopify Admin Panel→ Apps → Klevu Search
- On the top right corner, click on the Upgrade/Pay button and follow the on-screen instructions.
